Dapplon was founded in 2023 by Oneonic Solutions Private Limited in Mumbai, India — by a team who experienced firsthand the frustrations of outdated, fragmented HR systems built for Western markets. They believed there had to be a better way, built for India first.
Today, we're a team of 100+ passionate individuals serving over 10,000+ companies across 45 countries from our headquarters in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. Our mission: build the world's most employee-friendly HR platform, starting with India.

Dapplon Founded
Oneonic Solutions was incorporated in Mumbai, India with a vision to build the world's most employee-friendly HR platform. Launched core HR and payroll modules focused on the Indian market.
2023
First 100 Customers
Reached 100 paying customers within 6 months of launch. Launched attendance automation, leave management, and the employee self-service portal.
2024
India Compliance Suite
Introduced full EPFO, ESIC, TDS, and PT compliance. Launched the mobile app. Team grew to 30+ people based in Mumbai.

Global Expansion Begins
Extended support to 25+ countries for international teams. Launched multi-currency payroll and global compliance features.

AI-Powered HR
Launched AI recruitment screening, performance insights, and predictive workforce analytics. Expanded to 45+ countries, serving 10,000+ companies.
